NASK will pay for detecting vulnerabilities in public internet services

NASK reports a rapid increase in cybersecurity threats, with over 105,000 vulnerabilities detected in 2026 alone. To address this, they launched a Bug Bounty program offering up to 1 million PLN in rewards for reporting vulnerabilities in public systems. The program allows ethical hackers to legally test specific systems, with verified vulnerabilities leading to financial rewards. NASK aims to maintain control over the process through its own platform, ensuring sensitive information remains secure. The initiative is open to adults with Polish residency, and plans to expand participation to younger individuals with parental consent.
