He rushed to the school to pick up his daughter, who was left without lunch while her classmates ate. The father, through his lawyer, has formally challenged the municipality, arguing that denying a meal to a child violates their dignity and educational rights. The lawyer emphasized that while the municipality has the right to pursue debt recovery, it is illegal to penalize a child in this manner. He demanded the immediate restoration of the lunch service for the girl, threatening legal action if not resolved within 24 hours.
