The new resolution of the Constitutional Tribunal has been submitted to the Sejm. Czarzasty's movement

The Sejm has received a resolution from the Constitutional Tribunal regarding the budget for 2027, as announced by Marshal Włodzimierz Czarzasty. The resolution was directed to the Public Finance Committee after being adopted by the Tribunal's General Assembly. Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, the senior judge, is currently leading the Tribunal and has called for a pause in the activities of the president and vice-president of the Tribunal. The budget plan for the Tribunal was not included in the government's budget proposal due to procedural issues, which the Tribunal aims to address in parliamentary discussions.
