Trump's accusations. "The station is to blame, not me"

Donald Trump criticized Fox News for its declining viewership, attributing it to excessive airtime given to Democrats. He expressed disappointment over the network's shift in focus, which he believes has alienated its audience. Despite a significant drop in ratings, Fox Corp. reported strong financial results, citing increased advertising revenue from political spots and the FIFA Men's World Cup. Trump has historically supported Fox but has recently voiced frustration over its coverage, particularly regarding specific commentators. The network's CEO noted that viewer fatigue is common before midterm elections, and competitors like MSNBC and CNN have seen audience growth during this period.
