A serious accident occurred in Tokarnia near Kielce when a 57-year-old man was hit by a car while performing roadside work. The driver, a 66-year-old man, was sober and driving a Volkswagen towards Kielce. The pedestrian stepped directly in front of the vehicle and was subsequently struck. The injured man was conscious and taken to the hospital for treatment.
