Breakthrough in youth training. The Certification Program of Volleyball Academies drives the development of clubs

The Certification Program for Volleyball Academies aims to enhance Polish volleyball by supporting over 6,000 young athletes through structured training and funding. With an investment of 13 million PLN, the initiative focuses on improving coaching standards and providing resources for clubs. The program currently includes 63 academies, categorized by certification levels, and emphasizes the importance of youth development for a strong national team. The project also aims to unify training standards and digitize processes to ensure quality education for coaches and athletes.
