Constitutional reset. Kosiniak-Kamysz announced the introduction of a bill
Recent events surrounding the Constitutional Tribunal have reignited discussions about a constitutional reset in Poland. Anna Korwin-Piotrowska was appointed to lead the Tribunal, issuing a suspension order for President Bogdan Święczkowski and Vice-President Bartłomiej Sochański. This prompted protests outside the Tribunal. President Karol Nawrocki interrupted his trip to Senegal to return to Warsaw, meeting with Supreme Court Chief Justice Zbigniew Kapiński and later addressing the situation, claiming a violation of constitutional order. Prime Minister Donald Tusk also delivered a statement emphasizing the need for a strong state capable of enforcing justice.
