Romania: Further threats of planting explosives on airplanes

A series of bomb threats targeting commercial flights in Europe occurred recently, affecting multiple airlines including KLM, Wizz Air, and Air Serbia. One flight was diverted to Bucharest for a security check, while others were escorted by fighter jets. Airports in the UK, including Heathrow and Birmingham, also received threats, which were deemed not credible. Earlier, false alarms had been reported for several Ryanair flights and others, all of which were confirmed as hoaxes. The authorities have not identified any suspects behind these threats.
