Russia hits electrical substation and attacks ship in the Black Sea

Russian forces have continued their attacks on Ukrainian energy facilities and logistics centers, targeting a substation and a cargo ship in the Black Sea. The Russian Defense Ministry reported strikes on a logistics terminal in Kharkiv and a substation in Dnipropetrovsk. Additionally, a cargo ship carrying military equipment was hit southwest of Odessa.
