He threw a basket into his own ring in the last minute, yet his team did not lose.

In a shocking moment during a game against Southern Utah State, New Mexico State's Emma Christiano accidentally scored in her own basket, giving Utah a three-point lead. However, New Mexico managed to win the game 64-63, thanks to a last-second layup by Stacy Chovino. Interestingly, a similar incident occurred in another game that night, where Northwestern State's Karma Wynn also scored in her own basket, but her team lost 89-59 to Arkansas.
