Seguro and Zelensky spoke in Madrid about the possibility of joint arms production

In Madrid, Portuguese President António José Seguro met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to discuss joint arms production and support for Ukraine's energy system. Zelensky expressed gratitude for Portugal's ongoing assistance since the war began and emphasized the need for continued political, military, and financial support. The meeting, held during the 30th Ibero-American Summit, also touched on hopes for peace talks to end the conflict with Russia, aiming for a solution that respects Ukraine's sovereignty.
