The Historical Archive of State Security Services revealed that constitutional judge András Patyi was recruited in 1988 under the codename "Márton Kocsis". His file indicates he was also a member of the KISZ. The Constitutional Court stated they will respond after reviewing all circumstances regarding the disclosure of personal data on a public file. This information emerged after the release of data on former agents after thirty-six years.
