Senior Ukrainian law enforcement officials charged in sprawling scam call center case

Ukrainian anti-corruption agencies have charged five individuals linked to a criminal network involving scam call centers and drug trafficking, including senior law enforcement officials. The National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) revealed that the suspects include high-ranking members of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the National Police. Two suspects are in pre-trial detention, while others face serious allegations, including torture and extortion.
