Courts changed the election results in Havířov and Prague 15 due to errors in counting.
The Regional Court in Ostrava upheld a complaint from the Hnutí pro Havířov party, leading to a recount of votes and a change in the composition of the Havířov council. Four candidates from the party were found to have 32 votes each uncounted, resulting in the invalidation of ANO candidate Martin Čech's election and the election of Martin Svoboda from Hnutí pro Havířov. In Prague 15, the Municipal Court also adjusted results, granting Patnáctka náš domov an additional seat while reducing ANO's representation. The court's decisions did not affect the coalition dynamics in either location, with Hnutí pro Havířov gaining five seats and ANO losing one in Havířov, while Patnáctka náš domov secured seventeen seats in Prague 15.
