Regional courts in the Czech Republic have addressed nearly half of the complaints regarding municipal elections, with most being dismissed. Some areas, like Moldava, will have to repeat voting due to irregularities. In Karviná, the SPD party gained representation after a recount revealed additional votes. The Supreme Administrative Court has rejected nine out of sixteen complaints related to senatorial elections, including one concerning invalid ballots. The courts have twenty days to resolve all complaints, and further changes in election results may still occur.
