New investors, Stonepeak and Energy Equation Partners, are involved in expanding the JET network in Germany and Austria. Anwim aims to evolve into a modern multi-energy company, enhancing its infrastructure for electric vehicle charging. The company plans to maintain its growth strategy for Moya stations under new ownership, ensuring continued collaboration with franchisees and suppliers without impacting customers.
