In Oleshkiv, a drone attack resulted in the death of former school director Kostiantyn Melnyk, as reported by Hasanenko. She highlighted severe food shortages and issues with humanitarian aid distribution, noting that the minimal supplies provided were insufficient for a week. Many residents were unable to evacuate, hiding in basements without access to information, fearing Russian filtration actions. A temporary ceasefire, negotiated by Melania Trump, allowed for humanitarian aid and civilian evacuation from October 27 to November 1. However, the situation remains dire, with around 2,000 people, including children, lacking food and water access.
