Three arrested in Cuenca for stealing the car of those who helped them after an accident

The Civil Guard in Cuenca arrested three individuals for stealing a vehicle from Good Samaritans who stopped to help them after an accident. The suspects, who were driving a previously stolen car from Madrid, had an accident on the A-3 highway. When two other motorists stopped to assist, the suspects took their vehicle and fled. After a chase of over twenty kilometers, the stolen car was located and the suspects were apprehended in Tarancón. They face charges of vehicle theft and other driving offenses, including reckless driving and driving under the influence.
