U2 adds another date in Lisbon "after huge demand"

The Irish band U2 will perform two concerts in Lisbon in May 2027 due to high demand for tickets for the first date. The additional concert is scheduled for May 28, 2027, at Estádio da Luz, following the first on May 27. Both shows are part of their world tour "The Greatest Show on Earth," with British band Wolf Alice as the opening act. Tickets go on sale on Friday at 10 AM, with a pre-sale available until 10 PM on the same day. U2's European tour begins in Sweden on April 26, and they will release their first original album in nine years, titled "Carnaval de Luz," in November.
