U2 adds another date in Lisbon "after huge ticket demand"

U2 will perform two concerts in Lisbon in May 2027 due to high ticket demand for the first date. The second concert is scheduled for May 28, 2027, at Estádio da Luz, following the first on May 27. Both shows are part of their world tour "The Greatest Show on Earth," featuring Wolf Alice as the opening act. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10:00 AM, with a pre-sale available today until 10:00 PM. The tour begins in Mexico in February and includes stops in Europe, starting in Sweden on April 26. U2 will release their first original album in nine years, "Carnaval de Luz," in November, featuring collaborations with notable artists.
