Ukrainian, Azerbaijani ministers meet in Uzhhorod for energy talks

President Zelensky previously visited Azerbaijan, resulting in agreements to enhance bilateral ties. Azerbaijan's relationship with Russia has been strained following a tragic air incident, prompting Moscow to seek reconciliation.
