Ultrasporter Chris Seynaeve from Izegem is going to walk 1,070 kilometers in the polar circle area

Chris Seynaeve from Izegem plans to walk 1,070 kilometers in the Arctic in February, combining two previous treks. Initially intending to take it easier, he was motivated by a project for vulnerable youth, with all proceeds going to Tejo vzw. Despite the harsh conditions and solitude, Seynaeve finds peace in nature and aims to complete the journey in 15 days. He has previously won the Arctic Ultra and the Arctic Horror Stage, making him the only participant attempting this combined challenge. Seynaeve is confident in his ability to finish, regardless of the difficulties ahead.
