Video from Karlovy Vary outraged the internet. Man threw dead animals from the balcony

A video from Karlovy Vary showing a worker throwing dead animals from a balcony into a collection truck has sparked outrage on social media. The incident, which occurred about two weeks ago, was criticized by the local veterinary clinic and the waste collection company involved. The clinic's operator condemned the worker's actions as unacceptable, while the waste company apologized, explaining that the difficult access to the clinic led to this method of handling the animals. Both the police and veterinary authorities are investigating the matter.
