Cheaper on stations on Thursday. There is a notice.

On Wednesday, the maximum prices for fuels in Poland are set at 6.37 PLN for 95 octane gasoline, 7.24 PLN for 98 octane, and 8.05 PLN for diesel. The next announcement regarding maximum fuel prices will be published on November 5. This is part of the third phase of the Fuel Price Lowering Package aimed at controlling fuel costs for drivers. The mechanism was initiated following the implementation of a law taxing excessive profits of fuel companies, which includes penalties for non-compliance. The law allows for temporary reductions in excise duty and VAT on liquid fuels, funded by a new levy on companies with extraordinary profits. The support package is expected to last until the end of 2026, costing around 5 billion PLN. A 60% tax on excess profits will apply to fuel sales from March 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, based on historical margins from 2025.
