Italy. If it weren't for their help, this rescue operation could have gone differently
A 26-year-old woman faced a terrifying situation in Avellino province when her car became trapped in the swollen Miscano River. The incident occurred on Monday evening near Montecalvo Irpino, where the river had turned into a raging torrent after heavy rain. Unable to open her car doors due to the strong current, she was rescued by her brother and partner, who alerted the fire department. They secured the vehicle to a tree to prevent it from being swept away. Firefighters arrived and used a wooden ladder to reach her and bring her to safety. Fortunately, she was unharmed despite the frightening ordeal.
