Motion to dismiss Minister Kierwiński. The parliamentary committee made a decision
The Parliamentary Committee on Administration and Internal Affairs rejected a motion of no confidence against Minister Marcin Kierwiński, submitted by PiS lawmakers. The committee voted 21 to 12 against the motion, which follows previous attempts to remove him due to alleged insufficient crisis management and declining public trust in state institutions. PiS representatives accused Kierwiński of politicizing the Ministry of Internal Affairs and using it against opposition forces. In response, Kierwiński noted this was the third such motion against him and defended his actions as necessary for maintaining law and order, particularly regarding recent events at the Constitutional Tribunal.
