Close the tram loop in Żoliborz

Tramwaj teams in Warsaw will replace a switch at the Marymont-Potok loop, affecting service. Line 15 will not reach the loop and will instead go to Metro Marymont. Changes will also affect lines 15, 17, and 27, with several stops closed.
