Judgments have been issued in the case of signature forgery. Adam Andruszkiewicz awaits trial

On November 5, the District Court in Białystok sentenced two former members of the All-Poland Youth for falsifying signatures supporting candidates of the National Movement. Wojciech N. received a suspended sentence and a fine, while Paweł P. was fined. Both admitted guilt and accepted the proposed penalties. Their case was separated from that of Adam Andruszkiewicz, who is accused of organizing and participating in the forgery. The prosecution claims Andruszkiewicz directed the falsification of signatures in 2014. The trial against him is expected to begin after the verdict against his former associates becomes final. Andruszkiewicz denies the charges, labeling them as politically motivated.
