They were collecting for new equipment, someone stole the firefighters' rubber bottles

Firefighters from Mikoszewo reported the theft of around 1,600 deposit bottles and cans, valued at approximately 800 PLN, intended for funding equipment purchases. They expressed disappointment as the funds were crucial for acquiring a reconnaissance-rescue vehicle. Despite the setback, they remain determined to continue fundraising efforts and appealed to the community for information regarding the theft. This incident follows a similar theft in September involving a volunteer fire department in Żabce, which is also collecting deposit containers to fund a new vehicle, aiming for a total of four million bottles and cans.
