The office building near Saski Garden is disappearing. This is what its demolition looks like.

Demolition work on the building at Marszałkowska Street began in mid-August, with the contractor currently dismantling the structure from the north side. The building, constructed in the late 1990s and previously housing a bank, is being torn down by Roceporthill Investments, which plans to convert it into an apartment complex. The new building will have eight floors, 48 apartments, and four commercial spaces, along with over 70 parking spots in two underground levels. The design by JSK Architekci will feature a light facade and large windows, differing from the original office building.
